华裔音乐家协会于2018年11月21日在奥地利的维也纳市注册成立。这个
                  协会的发起人是周文楠、邓二妮、尚克艰和陈宇。

                                                                The ethnic Chinese Musicians Association was established on September                                                                 21. 2018  in Vienna,  Austria.  The founders  of this association are Zhou                                                                 Wennan, Deng Erni, Shang Kejian and Chen Yu.

                    华裔音乐家协会的办会目标是通过协会的活动，为华裔音乐家们的原创
                  创作品的公演和专业水平的音乐会演出提供尽可能的支持和机会。

                                                                The goal of the ethnic Chinese Musicians Association is to provide as much                                                                 support  and  opportunity  as  possible  for  the  performance  of  Chinese                                                                 musicians'  original  works  and  professional-level  concerts  through  the                                                                 activities of the association.

  为了保证华裔音乐家协会办会目标的实现，本协会将严格按照奥地利联邦的《协会法》和内政部的有关法规从事活动。

In  order  to  ensure  the  realization  of  the goals of the ethnic Chinese Musicians Association, the Association will strictly conduct activities in accordance with the Austrian Federal Association Law and  the  relevant  regulations of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs (Bundesministerium für Inneres).

Many  ethnic  Chinese  musicians  have  extraordinary artistic talents. However, they lack the opportunities to show their talents. The Chinese Musicians Association  is  willing  to  provide them with support in this regard as much as possible. After the establishment of the Chinese Musicians Association, the first project has already been confirmed, which  is  to  support  the  performance  of Mr. Shang Kejian's  original opera " King Huang and Leizu ".
